Multiple Attendee Discount
When you register more than two attendees from the SAME SITE, each additional registrant is entitled to a $100 discount off of the registration fee. Discount applies beginning with the third registration.

Payment is due prior to conference. Payment must accompany registration for the early-bird rate. All nonmember rates include a one-year AFCOM membership. No phone registrations will be taken.

Please note: A conference registration does include a one year membership to AFCOM when you register at the non-member rate. A conference registration does not include a one year membership or a renewal of a current membership to AFCOM if you register at the member rate.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing. Conference fees are fully refundable, less a $100 handling fee for cancellations received by 1/27/12. Cancellations received between 1/28/12 and 2/24/12 will be refunded at 50%. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations received on or after 2/25/12 or for no-shows. Membership fees are not refundable. Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty.
