Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be received in writing. Conference fees are fully refundable, less a $100 handling fee, for cancellations received by 8/14/09. Cancellations received between 8/15/09 and 9/11/09 will be refunded at 50%. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations received on or after 9/12/09 or for no shows. Membership fees are not refundable. Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty.
