Cancellation Policy:
- All cancellations must be received in writing.
- Conference fees are fully refundable, less a $75.00 handling fee, for cancellations received by 8/15/08.
- Cancellations received between 8/16/08 and 9/12/08 will be refunded at 50%.
- No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations received after 9/13/08 or for no shows.
- Membership fees are not refundable.
- Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty.
