Data Center World – Orlando: Aligning the Data Center with Business Strategy

As demands on the data center have increased rapidly over the past decade, so has the pace of change within the data center ecosystem. Today’s data center manager is required to have a strong command of both long-term strategic planning as well as day-to-day operations.  In light of these seismic shifts, Data Center World – Orlando will focus on aligning the data center with business strategy.

The Data Center World – Orlando strategy focused theme will provide the high-level educational tools needed for today’s Data Center Manager to effectively plan and manage the complex data center ecosystem.  The emphasis on aligning the data center with business strategy will better equip attendees with the tools required to effectively create and implement long-term strategy, a strategy that ultimately impacts the effectiveness and efficiency of day-to-day operations.

Additional new strategy focused sessions will include topics covering Data Center Business Models, Staffing and Development Plans, Risk Assessment, Finance for the DC Manager, Energy Productivity, Thermal Management, and IT and Facilities Organizational Convergence.
