Multiple Attendee Discount
When you register more than two attendees from the SAME SITE, each additional registrant is entitled to a $100 discount off of the registration fee. Discount applies beginning with the third registration.
Payment is due prior to conference. Payment must accompany registration for the early-bird rate. All nonmember rates include a one-year AFCOM membership.

Please note: A conference registration does include a one year membership to AFCOM when you register at the non-member rate.

A conference registration does not include a one year membership or a renewal of a current membership to AFCOM if you register at the member rate.

No phone registrations will be taken.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing. Conference fees are fully refundable, less a $100 handling fee, for cancellations received by 8/13/10. Cancellations received between 8/14/10 and 9/10/10 will be refunded at 50%. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations received on or after 9/11/10 or for no-shows. Membership fees are not refundable. Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty.
