Data Center Manager of the Year Finalists


Cameron Wynne, Vice President of Operations, Data Foundry
After technical consulting careers at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and CapGemini Ernst & Young, Cameron Wynne joined Data Foundry in 2001 in an operational capacity. In the last ten years he has excelled in a number of roles within the company, including that of network manager, operation manager and as the director of operations. In 2007 Mr. Wynne was promoted to vice president of operations and has been responsible for successfully managing Data Foundry’s portfolio of mission critical facilities and all aspects of customer support. In the past three years he has had major responsibilities in the research, planning, design, construction, commissioning, and production operations of Data Foundry’s Data Ranch mission critical campus, which is home to a world class 130,000 ft² enterprise data center. As evidence of Cameron Wynne’s past and current achievements, Data Foundry continues to rely on him as a major contributor to the company’s ongoing success.


Bill Danelutti, Senior Manager, IT Operations, Iron Mountain Incorporated
Bill Danelutti is a senior manager of information technology (IT) operations, overseeing the day-to-day management of technology and electrical/mechanical operations for Iron Mountain’s underground data centers, including the design planning and construction for any expansion projects. He is responsible for managing existing operations and implementing new processes, including performance management, plan monitoring and evolution, metrics development and monitoring, and directing the procurement of all IT related resources. These include recommending infrastructure improvements; developing, implementing, and ensuring compliance with operational policies and procedures; and maintaining computer operations, network, and telephone capabilities using internal resources and external vendors. Mr. Danelutti joined Iron Mountain’s IT operations team in 1986; prior to that, he served as a computer operations manager with National Liberty, and began his career in technology as a member of the IT operations team at Philadelphia National Bank. Bill Danelutti is an active member of AFCOM and Mission Critical.


Donna Manley, IT Senior Director, University of Pennsylvania
Donna Manley is an IT senior director for the University of Pennsylvania’s Information Systems and Computing (ISC) organization, managing its central administrative data center, the sole IVY League ISO 9001 certified data center for quality and associated service offerings. Involved in various information technology national and local organizations, she currently serves as president of the AFCOM Midlantic Chapter. With more than 20 years experience in the information systems field in both corporate and not-for-profit organizations, and skills in a wide variety of technology and business disciplines, Donna Manley has traditionally been brought in to transform organizations into more efficient operations. She has written for a number of leading healthcare publications and speaks locally and nationally on a variety of information systems topics including process improvement strategies. Currently, Donna Manley is authoring a book, “ITIL Assessment, Planning, and Management”.
